Whether your needs are few or many, RN on Demand is committed to providing quality nursing services in either your private residence, an assisted living facility, or nursing home. Working closely with your primary care physician, home health, and other members of your healthcare team, our licensed nursing staff makes weekly house calls monitoring your physical and emotional wellbeing. Together, you and your private nurse will create an individualized service plan that will be used to promptly identify and address any subtle changes in your health. Assessment results, recommendations, and interventions implemented during these weekly visits will be shared with you, your primary care provider, and a designated family member or medical power of attorney as appropriate. 

Our committed nurses can also be scheduled to attend provider appointments where they can help translate medical processes, procedures, and treatments into understandable language. We will make sure your voice is heard and your questions are answered enabling you to make informed decisions about your health care. Attending diagnostic testing or helping you prepare for annual exams, advocating on your behalf and in accordance with your life care wishes, maintaining your safety, independence and autonomy will be our highest priorities.
